What to know
- Match the consultation to the concern, not just the men's-services heading.
- Use the actual facial service names in booking.
- Call for help arranging private medical consultations.
Face and skin questions use different starting points
For questions about tox or filler, the Injectable Consultation is the relevant category. You can describe the amount of change you want to discuss without selecting a product or a treatment quantity in advance.
For a skincare routine or facial question, choose Skin and Facial. The men's page explains how its facial descriptions correspond to existing booking names, including Signature Hydrofacial, Radiant Glow Hydrofacial and Acne-Focused Hydrofacial Treatment. Matching the actual booking name helps avoid reserving a different service from the one you intended.

Hair reduction and hair-loss questions are different
Unwanted body or facial hair belongs in a Laser Consultation. Bring a clear description of the area you want to discuss rather than assuming that a general area name includes every nearby boundary.
A question about thinning hair belongs in a hair-loss assessment conversation. The men's page points to hair-restoration consultations and makes clear that treatment is not assumed before the discussion. Wanting less hair in one area and understanding hair loss in another are different reasons to book.

Separate muscle, wellness and private medical topics
The practice has a Muscle Sculpting Consultation and a Wellness and IV Consultation. Those categories should match the concern being discussed; a body-contouring question is not automatically a request for medical weight management.
For private medical topics described on the men's page, call the practice to arrange the appropriate consultation. Do not put a detailed health history into a public website message or social comment. The care team provides the separate clinical process for that information.

You can begin without choosing treatment
Consultations are complimentary, with no obligation to proceed. A consultation reservation and a treatment reservation are separate, so ask the team if you hope to arrange both on the same day.
If you are unsure which category fits, call (312) 426-2033 or use the general consultation information to start the conversation. The purpose of the menu is to connect you with the appropriate discussion, not to make you diagnose yourself or select a complete plan before meeting the provider.
