    — DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS —

    Deposits & Cancellations

    A deposit is required to confirm select appointments. Deposit amounts vary by service type and are confirmed at the time of booking on our scheduling page.

    New-client consultation: $50 professional consultation fee — credited toward any treatment booked within 30 days.

    Cancellation policy:

    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows (less than 24 hours' notice) result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    We understand that emergencies happen. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you.

    — PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT —

    Photography & Before/After Consent

    We may request permission to take clinical photos for your medical record and potential use in marketing materials (website, social media, printed materials).

    Your rights:

    • •Photography is optional — you can decline at any time
    • •If you consent, you may specify restrictions (e.g., "face only, no identifying features")
    • •You can revoke consent for marketing use at any time by contacting us in writing
    • •All images are stored securely and HIPAA-compliant
