Choose an individual visit or gather two to four people at one approved private location. Each person has a separate consultation, treatment plan and appointment record.
Our team confirms your dedicated concierge provider when arranging your visit. A team member accompanies your provider for transportation and arrival coordination, while your clinical appointment stays private.
Concierge Services currently offers tox treatment. Filler appointments take place in our clinic.

Your treatment and concierge visit are quoted together before you decide. Routine travel and parking within our service area are included in the location fee.

The concierge fee is charged once per location and can be shared by confirmed guests. Each person receives their own treatment quote. Units are product-specific; your provider confirms the product, amount and total for your individual plan.
To reserve, pay half of your confirmed treatment and location total upfront. This payment is applied to your final bill. Your full quote and cancellation terms are confirmed before payment. Consultations are complimentary, with no obligation to book.

Request an arrival within these windows. Our team checks the provider’s calendar, travel time and your location before confirming. Group visits need a longer reserved block.

Please request individual visits at least 48 hours ahead, and group visits at least 72 hours ahead. These are request windows, subject to availability.

Our team confirms your full quote, arranges your reservation payment through the booking system, and confirms your arrival window.

We’re exploring future concierge options for filler, laser hair removal and facials. These services are not yet available for mobile appointments. Tox is our current concierge service.

For concierge appointments only
Reservation & cancellation.
Cancel at least 48 hours before your concierge appointment to receive a deposit refund or move it to an agreed new appointment, at your choice.
For cancellation less than 48 hours before the appointment or a no-show, we retain up to $200 from your paid deposit and refund any remaining deposit. This is the only cancellation charge; there is no additional charge. Documented emergencies and clinical unsuitability are exceptions.
If Chicago Medspa cancels, your provider determines treatment is unsuitable, or the agreed location cannot be used, your deposit is refunded in full.
Each guest has an individual quote and deposit. Another guest’s cancellation does not increase your confirmed quote. If the host’s location becomes unavailable and we cannot accommodate your visit, your deposit is refunded in full.
