What to know
- A stored card secures standard bookings without a booking-time payment.
- Call at least 24 hours ahead for standard appointment changes.
- Review separate terms for concierge visits.
What the card on file does
A credit card on file is required for a standard appointment reservation. The current policy states that the card secures the booking and that no payment is taken when the appointment is booked. That is different from buying a product, purchasing a package or making a separate concierge reservation payment.
A complimentary consultation still has reservation requirements. Complimentary means there is no consultation charge and no obligation to purchase treatment; it does not mean the appointment can be missed without reference to the booking policy.
Call when you need to change a reservation
To cancel or reschedule a standard appointment, call (312) 426-2033 at least 24 hours before the appointment. Confirm the change with the practice instead of assuming that a message sent elsewhere or a calendar edit on your own device updates the reservation.
The same standard policy covers virtual consultations. If you are having trouble with the meeting invitation or joining details, contact the team rather than letting the scheduled time pass without communication.

Understand the no-show provision
Read the current Policies page linked below for the no-show provision and complete reservation terms before booking. It is the reference for current charges and how missed appointments are handled.
If an emergency or extenuating circumstance affects your visit, contact the practice as soon as you can. The policy invites that conversation. This guide does not promise that a charge will be waived or create a different exception.
Concierge arrangements have separate terms
Home and office appointments are quoted and reserved through their own process. Their reservation payments, notice requirements and cancellation terms are explained on the Concierge Services page and confirmed before the visit is reserved.
Check which appointment type you are arranging, keep the confirmation details and ask the team to explain any uncertainty. The practical goal is straightforward: a reservation that matches your plans and a clear way to change it when necessary.
