Explore the Current Injection Options
Our wellness injection discussion includes vitamin B12, vitamin B complex, vitamin C and glutathione. NAD+ is discussed separately on our NAD+ therapy page. Your provider confirms the exact product, formulation and proposed approach before any treatment is scheduled.

Understand the Proposed Plan
Your provider reviews the information needed to assess your individual situation, including current medicines, supplements and previous treatment. Medical history belongs in the clinic’s separate intake process.
Ask why a particular option is being proposed, what evidence supports it, what its limitations and risks are, and whether a different approach or no treatment would make more sense. Any prescription and treatment decision belongs with the licensed provider.

Reserve Time for the Whole Appointment
Reserve 60 minutes for your first Wellness and IV Consultation or a new treatment plan. Treatment is a separate reservation. The team confirms the time needed for preparation, treatment, instructions and any observation before booking.
The time spent administering an injection is only part of the visit. Your provider explains the selected approach, checks your agreement and tells you how to raise a question or concern during care.

A Follow-Up Plan You Understand
Before you leave, ask the team to review your written instructions, the contact plan for concerns and whether a follow-up is needed. There is no standard course or repeat schedule promised by this page.
If you already have a package or membership inclusion, tell the team when arranging your visit so they can review the existing plan with you. A purchased series does not replace individual clinical review.
IV therapy and IV add-ons are separate discussions. An injection appointment does not reserve an infusion.

Booking your in-clinic visit

A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. Your card secures the booking; no payment is taken when you book.
To cancel or reschedule, please call (312) 426-2033 at least 24 hours before your appointment.
A $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file if you miss your appointment without canceling.

We explain the proposed approach, alternatives, limits, relevant risks, expected recovery and the total cost before you decide. You can take time to think, ask for a staged plan or decide against treatment.

The reserved visit includes the care around the procedure, not just active treatment. Preparation, treatment time and instructions vary by service. We confirm the appointment length before booking and discuss any change with you.
