IV therapy is a medical appointment involving an intravenous infusion. Start with a complimentary Wellness and IV Consultation to discuss your goals, the options being considered and the information your provider needs before deciding whether to recommend treatment.
The conversation includes the proposed formulation, its evidence and limitations, relevant risks, alternatives and the total cost. You can ask for more explanation or decide not to proceed. No particular improvement in energy, appearance or wellbeing is promised.

Time for the Conversation and the Care
Reserve 60 minutes for your initial Wellness and IV Consultation. Treatment is a separate appointment. If you would like both on the same day, ask the team to reserve both; a consultation alone does not include an infusion slot.
Your provider reviews the proposed plan with you, explains the steps and checks your agreement before treatment. During care, tell the team about any discomfort, concern or change in how you feel so it can be assessed.
Ask in advance about the instructions for your particular visit, including preparation, travel plans and the time needed afterward. We confirm these with you rather than applying one set of instructions to every formulation.

A Plan for Questions and Follow-Up
Before leaving, review your written instructions, which concerns need a call or urgent care and how to reach the team. Your provider discusses whether a review or another appointment has a role in your individual plan. This page does not prescribe a recurring infusion schedule.
If you have an existing package, the team can help you review your remaining visits and the appropriate booking path. Changing the public menu does not transfer a purchased visit to a different formula.

A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. Your card secures the booking; no payment is taken when you book.
To cancel or reschedule, please call (312) 426-2033 at least 24 hours before your appointment.
A $50 no-show fee will be charged to the card on file if you miss your appointment without canceling.

The reserved visit includes the care around the procedure, not just active treatment. Preparation, treatment time and instructions vary by service. We confirm the appointment length before booking and discuss any change with you.
