A Short Introduction
The West Loop has changed rapidly in the last decade. It has become one of the city's densest concentrations of professionals — people whose calendars are full, whose schedules turn on small efficiencies, and whose taste in services has grown more discerning over time. Many of those patients have started looking east, across the river, for a quieter category of aesthetic medicine than the neighborhood currently offers.
Our downtown suite at 30 N Michigan Ave sits a short ride away. The commute is measured in minutes, not in friction. The setting is private, the pace is considered, and the work is physician-supervised — which is the combination most West Loop patients tell us they were looking for.
Why West Loop Clients Choose Downtown
The reasons are practical and consistent. The first is the setting. We do not run a high-volume injectables floor; the suite is closer in feel to a private clinical office than to a street-level spa. The second is the pace. Consultations are unhurried, and we do not stack appointments in twenty-minute increments. The third is the medical posture. Every treatment plan is overseen by our Medical Director, and recommendations are conservative by design.
For professionals whose work calls for discretion, the privacy of the suite — and the absence of a busy retail-style waiting area — tends to be the most cited reason for the cross-river trip.
Treatments Available
The menu is built around the concerns that bring most patients in, and disciplined enough to stay out of the corners where the clinical evidence is thin. The most common starting points for West Loop patients are:
- Wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, and considered facial harmony work
- Microneedling and RF microneedling for collagen support
- Chemical peels and medical-grade facials for tone and texture
- Laser hair removal and laser skin rejuvenation
- Acne treatment, sun-spot treatment, and long-term maintenance plans
The complete menu lives on our services page. Most plans involve more than one modality, sequenced over months rather than stacked into a single appointment.
Getting to Our Loop Location from the West Loop
Our suite sits at 30 N Michigan Ave, on the twelfth floor — facing Millennium Park, on the east side of the Loop. From the West Loop, the simplest routes are:
- CTA Green or Pink Line: Board at Morgan, Clinton, or Ashland and exit at Washington/Wabash or Adams/Wabash. The walk to our suite is under five minutes.
- Driving: Madison or Washington eastbound across the river, then north on Michigan. Eight to twelve minutes outside of rush hour.
- Walking: For patients in the eastern part of the neighborhood, the walk across the river is a quiet twenty-minute commute on a clear day.
Parking is available through the Millennium Park Garages, with a short, sheltered walk to our entrance. Full visit-day guidance lives on the visit page.
What Sets Us Apart
Three things, said plainly. The setting is private — designed to feel more like a clinical office than a high-street boutique. The pace is unhurried, with consultations that prioritize your goals over the next available slot. And the team is small enough that the provider who consults with you is, in most cases, the provider who treats you on the day. For West Loop professionals whose calendars do not tolerate waste, that continuity is what tends to bring patients back.

Common Questions
How long does the trip from the West Loop usually take?
Eight to fifteen minutes, depending on whether you drive or take the Green or Pink Line. Most patients build the visit into a long lunch or an after-work appointment.
Where do patients park?
We are partnered with the Millennium Park Garages, a sheltered walk from our entrance at 30 North Michigan. Detailed directions are on the visit page.
Is a consultation required before treatment?
Yes. Every treatment plan begins with a private consultation with a licensed medical professional, so recommendations can be tailored to your skin and your goals.
How do I book a first visit?
Our booking system handles both consultations and treatments. You can reach it through any booking link on the site, or by calling the practice directly.
